Baking soda

Water

After a good cleaning, mix baking soda in your hands with some water and lay it on your skin. Leave to act for a while and rinse. The feeling of softness and clean feel to be a sign that your skin receives the mask soda. In this case you will need to repeat several times a week for fighting acne.

Banana Mask:

Ingridients:

1banana

1 table spoon of honey

half juice of orange or lemon

Mix thew banana with the honey.Add the orange or the lemon.Aply to the face for 15 minutes and rinse with a tissue.

Strawberry mask for oily skins.

Ingredients:

half cup of lemon

1 egg yolk

half tablespoon of honey

half cup of strawberrys



Put all the ingredients to the blender and mix them.Aply the mask to your face and keep it for 10-15 minites and rinse with water.

Homemade masks for all type of skins

Mask of yogurt, cucumber and parsley

1 tablespoon yogurt at room temperature

1 tablespoon mashed cucumber

1 tablespoon parsley mashed

Execution:

Puree thoroughly cucumber and parsley. Mix with the yogurt until they are mixture. Apply mask to clean face for 15-20 minutes and rinse with warm water. Continue with your moisture cream.

Mask of peach and egg for a lifting.

Ingredients:

1 peach

1 egg white


Clean the blender and hit the peach. Separate the whites from the yolks and pour just the whites to the mixture of peach. Beat well until it becomes a fluffy mouse. Apply the mask to your skin for 30 minutes. Remove with a towel and rinse with cold water.

You can use this mask once a week to keep your skin tight and youthful.

Mask Avocado and banana

1 / 2 very ripe banana

1 / 2 very ripe avocados

2 tablespoons plain yogurt

1 tablespoon olive oil

Execution:

Puree the avocado and banana. Mix well with remaining ingredients and spread over the face and neck. Leave for 20-30 minutes and rinse with warm water.

Exfoliation is involved in the process of all facials, during microdermabrasion or chemical peels at medical spas. Exfoliation can be achieved through mechanical or chemical means.

Importance:

New skin cells are created in the skin's lower layer, the dermis. Over time, cells migrate to the surface of the skin and become more acidic. During their 30 day journey, they die and become saturated with keratin. Keratin is important because it protects the skin from outside elements. Through the ageing process, and after menopause for women, the natural process of skin erosion becomes uneven, which gives skin a dry and rough character.

Exfoliation removes the outer layer to reveal the newer skin beneath. This shedding of the outer layer unclogs pores, keeps skin clean, and helps reduce acne breakouts. Exfoliation should always be done after cleansing the skin. Exfoliation is important for men as it exposes the hair follicles, allowing a better shave. It is possible to over exfoliate, which dries and irritates the skin. The face is the part of the body most sensitive to exfoliation.Hence, provided that exfoliating causes the skin to dry out, it is very important to moisturize it, because dry skin can lead to wrinkle development.


Homemade recipe to exfoliate your body:

1 cup of white sugar.(OPTIONAL:you can also conbine them because it is more benefit.)

1 table spoon of of vanilla or cinammon.(cinammon adds great smell to your skin and it helps the exfoliation).

olive oil until it covers up the sugar.

You put all the ingredients to a bowl or whenever you want and mix the ingredients.
                                                          
And whenever take a bath do massage with the mixture for 3-4 minutes until the sugar melts.
If you use it for a week you are going to see how refreshed and clean your skin is.After that put your favourite lotion.

Homemade recipe to exfoliate your face:

1 cup of sugar.

1 table spoon of vanilla or cinammon.

juice from a half orange.

1 table spoon of porridg.e

Mix the together and do massage to your face for 2-3 minutes.
